Assist attorneys to provide support in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, management and leasing, financing transactions, build-to suit and development and other real estate and corporate related documentation. MUST be able to review COMPLEX commercial real estate survey and title documents. This is not a litigation focused position. Required:' Minimum 5 years legal assistant experience.' Associate degree.' Paralegal certification.' Must have strong analytical skills and be able to review title commitments and surveys and perform due diligence, and curative matters. ' Must be able to independently draft documentation for attorney review, including leases, other tenant and property management related documents, loan, purchase and sale documentation with a minimum of supervision.' Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.' Strong customer service skills to handle extensive client contact.' Accuracy, attention to detail, and able to meet numerous deadlines.
