Real Estate Analyst/Project Manager
Real Estate Development firm seeking full time development analyst / project manager. Firm specializes in acquisition and development of affordable housing multifamily properties throughout the western United States. Position is located in downtown Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities include development / acquisition feasibility analysis, property due diligence, financing application preparation, the selection, oversight of third party professionals and construction. Integral involvement in all aspects of the development process.
Ideal candidate would possess an undergraduate University degree or higher, 1-2 years work experience in a related field and proficiency with computer spreadsheet models. Some travel required. Salary is DOE plus medical benefits and 401(k) investment program. Position to start immediately.
