NEW HOME SALES POSITION• Primary responsibilities are to sell homes, move customers through the building process, close homes and deliver excellent customer service.• Many other responsibilities—maintaining the model homes, keeping the community in tip-top shape, following up with prospects, giving presentations to real estate offices, etc.• Hours – Not a 9 to 5 job.  5 days a week,  expected 40-50 hrs a week• Open everyday of the week, All EEs work Sat rotate Sun, open most Holidays.  Posted Hours: Sunday  1pm – 6pm; Monday 3pm – 6pm; Tuesday through Saturday 10 am – 6pm

 

TRAINING • New Hire Training- 2 weeks one on one with our Sales Trainer• Partnered with experienced Sales Counselor in your first community• Company training- Social Styles, Negotiating to Yes, Construction Process• Ongoing training in Weekly Sales Meetings• Full time Sales Trainer on staff

 

COMPENSATIONFor those without a license-• We commit to you by hiring you without a real estate license.• After hired attend classes fulltime for license, given one month• After you pass the test one time bonus of $1500, if you can’t get license in 1 month we part ways• Move into our Company’s 2 week training and you are salaried at $3000 for 3 months.• Successfully complete our training and we then reimburse for licenseWith a license-• At hire you are salaried at $3000 for 3 months.• Commission is $2700 per house, goaled at 1 sale per week, after quota is met for the month commission increases by $1000 per house• Average Sales person makes 60-80k• Assuming high performance $100k plus• Budget $5,000 per counselor in bonuses paid out annually• Beginning your fourth month eligible for a draw of up to $3000 a month
