Quality Control/Quality Assurance Specialist

Main responsibilities include:Impact the company performance and costs by analyzing operations in relation to client requirements and establish and implement best practices Impact the company performance by analyzing operations and verifying compliance with policies and procedures.  Analyze and evaluate issues, communicate to management and appropriate field offices and assist with special projects Analyze data, prepare reports and recommend corrective action to safeguard standards and ensure compliance of operations with client requirements Prepare reports to assist upper management in understanding and improving business unit performance Monitor business efficiency and enhance best value proposition and quality control Develop and maintain a list of optimizations and synergies to enhance the company's efficiency across all clients Prepare Quality Control Plans for new service line extensions as well as existing services

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree with min 2-5 yrs quality control/quality assurance exp with a strong knowledge of audit protocols Quality review audit experience Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and Power Point General understanding of the Real Estate industry Contract compliance and/or Audit experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong statistical knowledge Demonstrated business writing skills Ability to work on projects with limited supervision and also in a team environment
