We have new opportunities available in Renton and Woodinville. We are seeking Experienced Property Management and Maintenance Professionals to work at our high end new lease up and redeveloped communities.

Description of Responsibilities:
General Manager: Strong marketing skills, yardi proficient, experience in running over 200- unit property. Exceptional supervisory and operational skills, strong in budget and P&L's.
Assistant Manager: Primary responsibilities are to assist the Resident Manager in general administration of the property, including, but not limited to, entering all daily activity into the computer, generate reports, post monies and make deposits, assist with move-ins, resident renewals, resident relations, and other projects as assigned by the Manager. Weekend hours usually not required. The ideal applicant will have prior bookkeeping skills with a focus on A/P and A/R. Collections experience a plus!
Leasing Specialist: Primary responsibilities are to greet callers, tour prospective residents, move-in new residents, facilitate lease agreements as well as promote lease renewals, generate various reports, provide resident services and assist with special projects as directed by the Property Manager.
Maintenance Supervisor: Responsibilities include the overall appearance and maintenance of the property, to include, but not limited to, supervising and assigning job tasks to maintenance staff, purchasing materials/supplies, supervising outside contractors, scheduling completion of make readies, maintaining common areas and recreational facilities, developing and coordinating a preventive maintenance program, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and hazardous chemical program and other duties that may be assigned by the Manager. May require weekend hours. On-site housing optional.
Maintenance Assistant: Responsibilities are to assist and support in the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property, including, but not limited to, make ready of units, maintenance for current residents, maintaining grounds and recreational facilities and cross train in all aspects of the maintenance role under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
* Position requires ability to be on-call on.
Porter: Primary responsibilities are to assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property by maintaining common areas, recreational facilities, clubhouse, laundry rooms, curbs and sidewalks.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates for Relevant Property Management experience
- Preferred candidates for Maintenance will have HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical experience required, additionally, the ability to lift 50 lbs., min.
- All candidates should ideally possess a professional image with good customer service skills
- Computer/Internet/Email literate
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Yardi exp a plus
