The services include project management, real estate development, facility management, strategic planning, and property management.Description Our client seeks to hire a Project Manager to assist in executing all aspects of building projects for their clients and for their own portfolio of investment properties. The successful candidate will have around 5 years of experience in the building and real estate development industry and have an architectural, engineering, or construction background. Typical project types include renovations, expansions, and new construction. Since most of our client’s projects are located in the greater Washington DC area, experience with local development is very important.Candidates must possess a high degree of competence with spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel, and must be proficient with project scheduling and word processing software. Experience with job cost accounting software such as Timberline is desirable.The Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management but will also work with the firm’s principals and with other staff members on collaborative efforts. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
