Mobile Maintenance Technician

Description:JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical repair and maintenance services for multiple locations within a geographic area or facility ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Perform assignments in the installation, repair, alteration and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical to include both preventive and corrective maintenance tasksReport and communicate on a daily basis all work activity via PDA devices or paperworkAssess and diagnose required repairs, both for estimated cost and vendor responsibility - escalation requirements and vendor responsibility are dictated by each client and may differProcure all material in a timely manner to meet client service level agreements for scheduled completion datesPossess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenanceRespond immediately to emergency situations and customer concernsPerform all work to industry standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance at all timesComply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habitsOther duties may be assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise staff, assign and monitor assignments and projects as directed by ManagementQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
