Capitol Properties, INC. the premier Property Management Company is seeking maintenance engineers for our busy, luxury residential communities in Northern Va. The candidate must be able to perform standard building repairs, including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry. HVAC certification and experience is a must. Daily interaction with outside vendors, contractors and building tenants. This position is full time with occasional over time on an on-call basis. Three years experience preferred. Competitive wages, health, dental and 401K benefits available.
