Monitor HVAC systems and operations. Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with established schedules.3. Ability to interpret blueprints and evaluate code compliance involving electrical installations, modifications, and HVAC maintenance.4. Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other components of the system.5. Order new HVAC parts, supplies and equipment.6. Responsible for locating and adjusting defects in HVAC systems.7. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.8. Monitor UPS Units.9. Perform general maintenance, as needed. Job Requirements: 1. HS diploma or GED.2. Minimum 1-3 years of HVAC repair/maintenance experience.3. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas and handbooks.4. Ability to use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades.5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.6. Must have a current valid driver's license. 7.
