Position Summary:

 

The Bainbridge Companies, a real estate development and management company with properties throughout the East Coast, currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Northern Virginia regional office supporting the president and regional management team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Acts as office manager of busy regional office; Handles and completes analysis, projects, presentations, and proposals as needed; Function as as liaison with site associates, management, and staff; Receives, directs, and follow-up on incoming phone calls; Assists with coordinating and scheduling meetings and travel; Assists with monthly reporting requirements; Completes check requests, expense reports, correspondence, and vendor payments;

 

Job Qualifications

  Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related software; Creative, innovative, and forward thinking; Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Customer service mind-set and team player mentality; Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work independently and with fellow employees on a project team; Attention to detail and commitment to excellence; Prior relevant work experience preferred, but not required;
