Director Leasing / Tenant Development

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual with 5+ years experience in the leasing and tenant development for Class A commercial office or Medical facilities.  This individual will have ownership of the project through occupancy.  Some of the responsibilities include:Identify Prospects, including cold callingPresentations Review and Negotiate lease termsAssist in prepatation of initial space planCoordinate with team to obtain and present pricing to tenants for approvalPrepare Market AnalysisPrepare Monthly reports

The client offers a base salary, commission and bonus.  Company offers full benefit package which includes healthcare and 401K.
