Contract Administrator - Facilities

For more information, visit the Company's Web site at www.grubb-ellis.com  Job Description: * Draft, update, and amend service contracts.  Issue purchase orders.* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and funding authorization.* Responsible for cost analysis and compliance of contracted services.* Develop a procurement strategy to identify and leverage cost savings opportunities.* Prepare and facilitate RFP/RFQ process and perform cost analysis of received proposals.* Create presentation supporting RFP recommendations for client.* Assist team with vendor selection process.* Manage sourcing projects to ensure adherence to schedule and business expectations.* Research performance history of prospective suppliers.* Negotiate service-level agreements with suppliers.* Evaluate existing suppliers; develop and select new suppliers.* Provide information and assist in development of contracts for new business and improved service levels.* Troubleshoot and resolve service quality issues and disputes.* Establish and maintain a management filing system of leases, agreements, contracts, bid specifications certificates insurance, site inspections, vendor reports, etc.* Maintain efficient and courteous relationship with vendors. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree, preferred.* 5 years direct experience in strategic sourcing, contract administration and/or procurement.* Proven experience with RFP/RFQ process.* Experience with procurement process from identifying opportunity to RFP to contract execution.* Experience with building maintenance services a plus.* Ability to prepare moderately complex contracts, agreements and management reports.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Proficient with MS Office software.* Self starter with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. For consideration, forward resume (Reference "CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - FACILITIES" in the email subject line) to:Attn: HR ManagerGrubb & Ellis CompanyEmail: gems4ms@grubb-ellis.com  Grubb & Ellis would like to thank you for applying.
