News making, expanding, outstanding commercial real estate company seeks administrative assistant with COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BROKERS. 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Terrific opportunity with this company.
Will be supporting 4 low key brokers. Need to make each one feel they are being taken care of and be able to juggle several things at once.
Excellent MS Office skills required. Looking for someone with maturity and personality to fit this type of job - must be pro active, not type to wait for someone to give them something to do.
This position will be a temp to hire.
