RM Crowe Company, a full service commercial real estate firm, with numerous properties in the Dallas area, has an immediate opening for a Building Engineer. 

 

Job Description:

 

This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering.  This detail oriented self-starter will maintain property appearance, comfortable atmosphere throughout buildings and general functioning of property machinery and systems, applying their individual expertise and knowledge toward the on-going property operation.  A professional appearance and attitude are essential as engineering personnel are representatives of RM Crowe Company. 

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities Include:

 

Responsible for maintenance of all property systems (i.e., HVAC equipment repairs, diagnostics and energy management systems, electrical, plumbing, elevators); perform tenant services as directed by the Property Manager; report problems to management; vendor relations.

 

Experience and Certification Requirements:

 

*A minimum of 5 years experience with Commercial Building Engineering

*Boiler license/ Central Plant with Chillers

*Electrical Maintenance Certification
