Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Assistant Commerical Property Manager
Seeking candidate with commercial property management expericence to become part of a great company in South Jordan, UT.
Duties Include: Provide support for Building Operations Department Attend various meetings and take notes as needed Handle tenant concerns Coordinate tenant contact lists in Outlook & spreadsheets Prepare security reports for tenants Assist Property Administrator in collecting bids from vendors Maintain current certificates of insurance from tenants and vendors Prepare and keep Property Management meeting agendas and minutes
Minimum Qualifications 5 years applicable experience Preferred background in Commercial Property Management Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Professional writing skills
Full benefits, pay DOE, hours 8 - 5 M-F
