Asset Manager - Real Estate

Dallas based private real estate investment firm is looking to fill two Real Estate Asset Management positions; one at a senior level and one at a junior level.  Our real estate portfolio consists of office, retail, office-flex and medical properties throughout the U.S. as well as a number of passive real estate investments.  The responsibilities for this position include:Overseeing the implementation of the operating plan of each asset assignmentReview portfolio financial and operational information  – on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis and assure accuracyMonitor all maintenance, repair, capital and tenant improvement projectsReview Lender draw requests and monitor reserve account balancesAssure compliance with all loan documents, ownership agreements and 3rd party management agreementsPrepare informative investor reports on property performance as requiredPrepare property operating budgetsWork with leasing agent and attorney regarding new leases, renewals, lease language negotiations, terminations, etc.Managing third party property managersPeriodic property inspections (limited travel required)

A qualified candidate for the Senior level position must have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.

A qualified candidate for the Junior level position must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

A Graduate degree in finance, real estate or similar major.
