ACCOUNTING CLERK

Job Responsibilities:• Sort and file bank checks on site monthly – move quarterly to Alchemy• Oversee Maintenance of fax, copier, printers (toner, paper, service calls and log)• Work with Accounting Administrator on Offsite and P1 storage projects (packing files, coding boxes, updating spreadsheet controls• Oversee copy room and supplies distribution• Distribute Mail and Federal Express – daily • Research and copy information needed from various sources for audits and reviews• Research checks/invoice backup as requested in Alchemy• Vendor Maintenance adds, changes – liaison to shoppingtown personnel to process in timely manner, train on procedures• Match and mail a/p checks and backup• Print out leases (project) as requested• Print out lease abstracts as requested• Update organization charts, mall listings, seating charts• Work with Accounting Administrator on physical moves in the office (pack files, move cabinets)• Various copy/binding projects as needed• Various other projects as neededBeginner to Intermediate skills on:WordExcelOutlookGood Communications skillsExcellent Organization skills, must be able to prioritize Heavy lifting and stretching required.
