Today, ASI has 450 staff conveniently located in our Bucks County headquarters.Advertising Specialty Institute is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance department. Job Description Participate in the month end closing process Review and analyze General Ledger activity Prepare and record journal entries as needed Complete monthly division analysis Complete monthly allocation of costs Balance sheet account analysis Reconcile account and prepare necessary journal entries Reconcile inter-company accounts and confirm with controllers Capital expenditure reporting Review all capital expenditure accounts Prepare monthly capital expenditure reporting schedules Assist with year end audit Preparation of various schedules Provide support for audit testing Daily cash analysis Review activity in multiple bank accounts Record cash related adjustments in A/R system Participate in annual Budget and Forecasting process Various special projects as assigned  Job Requirements ·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance·  3+ years of relevant work experience·  Strong technical skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access·  Consolidation experience·  Experience in working with external auditors·  Knowledge of MAS500, TIMSS and FRx software a plus·  Good interpersonal and communication skills·  Public accounting experienced preferred Company: ASI Location: Trevose, vo 19053 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: ASI Email: Apply by Email Address: 4800 Street RoadTrevose,PA 19053 Fax: 215.942.8730
