The Johnson Group will certainly continue to grow and evolve as we embrace new technologies and enhance new partnerships, but this fierce commitment to every client we're privileged to serve will remain our foundational priority.We are currently seeking Area Print Sales Representatives for our Pittsburgh, PA territory.The Area Print Sales Representative uses solution selling to sell Deluxe Johnson Group products and services to:High potential medium to large business customers, advertising agencies, associations and prospects to grow revenue and wallet share. Partner with internal groups to maximize revenue, profitability and wallet share for assigned accounts and leads. Follow up with all deployed leads and First Time Buyers.Optimize sales effectiveness in partnership with Project Manager and Deluxe Financial Services sales team. Establish, build and leverage relationships with customers and referral sources through networking to generate referrals and build pipelines. ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Achieve and exceed assigned quota and wallet share targets by selling Deluxe Johnson Group products and services primarily to first time buyers and prospects and assigned customers. ·Sell Deluxe Johnson Group products and services at targeted margins/discounts to maximize profits. · Maximize initial order of a First Time Buyers by selling both products and services utilizing a solution selling approach. Gain knowledge of all Deluxe Johnson Group services and programs to establish a client-centered purpose based on the discovered needs of prospects. · Maximize coverage of targeted segments and assigned customers by achieving established guidelines for pipeline build, activation and opportunity generation. · Provide an excellent customer experience · Partner with Deluxe Johnson Group marketing staff to optimize the sales contact for all territory based clients, first time buyers and lead prospects. · Execute required administrative and communication tasks. Use all tools provided in the selling process including customer relationship management. · Place orders and ensure accuracy with respect to customer directives & company processes. OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business or MarketingExperience: 3 plus years printing/commercial print sales experience required. Preferred experience and skills in targeted customer segment(s).Skills: Strong hunting/propecting skills and demonstrated success in doing this successfully.The ability to sell products and services of higher complexity such as custom products, four-color printing, off-set, digital print programs, etc.This position pays a base salary plus commission.Company car, blackberry, laptop provided.Please visit our website at www.johnsongroup.com or www.deluxe.com to apply to this exciting opportunity!EOE
