Human Resources Coordinator

Are you looking for a company that you can learn and grow? Then this might be the job for you. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Watertown, Wisconsin. As a member of our human resources team, you will coordinate and assist in the administration and implementation of the human resource systems.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reporting: Track and compile data for HR monthly reporting, including safety, turnover and headcount, open positions as examples.

2. Benefits: Act as liaison for resolving plant benefit issues. Assist in annual enrollment activities.

3. Recruiting: Assist with recruiting, by coordinating interview scheduling, phone screens, participate in interviews, coordinate background checks, drug screen and offer packets.

4. New Employees: Coordinate on boarding process and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring that all paperwork is completed in accordance with MCC policies and procedures.

5. Systems: Support HRIS system maintenance, input and auditing.

6. Programs: Support associate programs such as uniforms, turkeys, service awards, recognition and others as needed.

7. Administrative: Responsible for personnel file management, organizational charts, and other office duties as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Literate in Microsoft Office or equivalent. Ability to learn software programs.

2. Articulate and clear in the  spoken and written word. Make effective presentations to associates.

3. Travel and move about in offices and plants. Demonstrate a professional image.

4. Thee years experience as a human resources coordinator or generalist in a fast-paced HR environment. Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

5. Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making. Read and analyze documents. Ability to exercise judgment with time sensitive and confidential associate issues. Ability to multi-task. Must have strong initiative.

6. Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.
