Fulfillment Specialist I

Provides warehouse and fulfillment support for the Distribution Department.
- Fulfills directory orders generated from internal and external customers within one working day. This requires knowledge of procedures outlined by the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Able to complete the tasks required to process orders on the manual and automatic lines.
- Controls and documents changes to the directory inventory and bin locations.
- Follows polices and procedures outlined in the Fulfillment Specialist Procedure Manual.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year warehouse experience, or related work experience is helpful.
Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access. Fork truck experience. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
OSHA certified for Fork Lift operation (can be completed after being hired).
