Financial Analyst - Polish Operations

Job Description : Quad/Graphics is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for our Sussex location to focus on our Polish operations. Responsibilities will include financial statement analysis, profit improvement, implementation of new systems, procedures and work flow processes, management reporting, training of both internal and external departments, and internal auditing of various accounting functions. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a solid knowledge of accounting principles and excellent analytical and communication skills. Quad/Graphics has a strong tradition of employee internal mobility. Qualifications : Qualified candidates will be fluent in Polish and are required to have a minimum of three years of Accounting experience in a large manufacturing or public environment. Big Four experience is highly desired. Position will require travel to Poland as needed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 also required. All qualified candidates must possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
