Due to our rapid expansion we have an IMMEDIATE opening for an ENTRY LEVEL ADVERTISMENT FINAL PROOFER.

 

Work duties to be performed are as follows:Proofread portions of our phone books before they go to print File ads in accordance with the company’s filing procedure All other duties that may be required by the supervisor

Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:Editing or Proofing experience preferred Desire to work with a dynamic and fast moving company Perform all duties assigned in a timely manner Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Microsoft Office Suite experience Excellent speller with an above average attention to detail Reliable transportation a must Must be able to multi-task in a high speed environment Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills Be a U.S. citizen able to work in this country Must be able to successfully work under pressure in an unsupervised environment
