Executive Assistant
Quad/Graphicsis seeking an Executive Assistant for our Sussex location. This is achallenging position in a fast-paced office with a wide variety ofresponsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting functions,various administrative duties including answering a multi-line phone, drafting,proofreading and editing correspondence, filing, meeting and travel planning,as well as other duties as required. The Executive Assistant will also havedaily interaction with executives and clients on a broad variety ofconfidential and complex issues.
This positionrequires a minimum of three years related experience. The successful candidatewill possess excellent written and oral communication skills and will be detailoriented with excellent typing, computer and organizational skills. Experiencewith Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook inaddition to exceptional Excel skills is also required. This position requires amature, results-oriented, self-motivated individual who will be dependable,responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Analyticalskills are a necessity. Experience directly supporting a manager at anExecutive level is highly desired, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Experience with MS Access is also highly desired. Knowledge of LeanManufacturing is a plus.
