Help The Company continue to lead in the Direct Marketing industry by acting as the Customer Service Representative who meets production scheduling demands, inputs and processes customer orders, serves clients by providing product and service information, resolves product and service issues, works as part of an integrated team of sales and production professionals to ensure on-time completion and delivery, updates Production, Sales, and Operations leadership team on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.

Coordinates production processing and deadlines to ensure on-time completion.

Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.

Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals, outlining tasks, and contingency planning.

Can take on additional responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

Skilled at data entry and word-processing software to prepare written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Strong listenting skills and ability to convey customer first focus. Able to answer customer questions and resolve conflicts that may arise to the customer's satisfaction.

Experience in planning, detail orientation using sales orders and customer service requirements to initiate and complete customer orders.

Experience directing, controlling, and coordinating product material, ordering, and releasing manufacturing orders.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
