Circulation Manager

A national B-to-B Media Company in the healthcare industry has an immediate opening for a Circulation Manager to handle multiple trade publications. They are controlled circulation with periodical mailing requirements and BPA audited.  Qualified candidates should have a minimum 2 – 3 yrs exp in magazine circulation or the production process of publishing.  This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of circulation including the following:

·        Compiling monthly list splits

·        Obtaining Direct Request Subscribers and Renewals (accomplished through direct mail, cover wraps, email blasts, insert cards, telemarketing coordination with call centers

·        Monthly Print Orders

·        Bi-annual BPA Audits

·        List Rentals

·        Periodical Fulfillment

·        Monthly Management Reports/Analysis of Lists

·        Work regularly to obtain and maintain periodical mailing rates through USPS

·        Oversee circulation team

 

This is a great position for a Circulation Associate or Assistant Manager looking to move ahead.  Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong time-management and organizational skills as well as proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
