Building Services Maintenance Mechanic - Sussex

Quad/Graphicsis seeking a Building Services Maintenance Mechanic for our Sussexlocation. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performingskilled mechanical maintenance work in the installation, operation,maintenance, modification, service and repair of equipment. This willbe four day per week; 10 hour shift position, which may accommodate a day and night schedule.

 Qualifiedcandidates must have prior experience in building maintenance,including the maintenance of HVAC Systems, refrigeration systems onwalk-in coolers, icemakers, and air dryers for air compressors.Candidates must also be familiar with Building Control systemsincluding Alerton and Talon/Invensys, have a good understanding ofchillers and chill water systems, chemical treatment and watersofteners, as well as experience working with overhead doors, firedoors, dock equipment, rail dock equipment, toilets, urinals, draincleaning, tracking down roof leaks, and temporary repairs. Candidatesmust also be able to perform machine repair on air compressors, vacuumpumps, electric motors, belt drives and mechanical couplings. Goodwritten and verbal communication skills are required, along with basicmath and keyboard abilities. Must have own set of tools. Strongbackground in plumbing, piping, fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics,welding and blueprint reading is preferred.
