About the position

As an inside Recruitment Sales Representative, you will call upon and develop relationships with key decision-makers involved in healthcare recruitment strategies. Through those relationships, you’ll sell advertising space in both our print and online publications, via the phone, to clients seeking qualified candidates who are readers of our award-winning magazines.

 

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business within your sales territory utilizing leads provided by our Market Research Analysts Sell advertising space for our print and online publications, tradeshows, custom publications, E-Newsletters, E-Blasts, and Direct Mail campaigns Cultivate client relationships with HR Managers and Recruiters within your territory Meet and beat your quotas and achieve the income goals you set for yourself

 

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates and individuals with 1-3 years of related experience to hone their skills while developing relationships with some of the largest and fastest growing healthcare organizations in the country!

Training

Merion Publications, Inc. provides extensive, paid, in-house training in our King of Prussia, PA headquarters that covers both sales and healthcare, to give you the confidence you need to be successful.

We provide a terrific 'pay for performance' compensation package which rewards hard workers who enjoy building and nurturing relationships with clients. Our commission plans are uncapped so the more business you close the more money you will make.
