Ad Processor - Data Entry

ADVANCE serves a variety of specific healthcare disciplines with news, career guidance, product information, continuing education opportunities, job listings, and much more.

 

The Processing Specialist will perform various areas of quality control along with tracking and publishing ads that appear will in print.

 

Responsibilities:

 Assist in quality control of insertion orders, including some proofingTrack status of ads in order to adhere to deadlinesUtilize data entry skills to process advertisementsLog and distribute change forms pertaining to ads placed

 

Requirements:

 H.S. diploma or equivalentBasic PC skills and proficiency with MS WordStrong data entry and typing skillsAccurate, organized, detail oriented, reliable and conscientious with an ability to multi-task

 

Shift:

 Tues: 8am - 6pmWed, Thurs & Fri:10am - 8pm
