TRAINER / EDUCATOR
Beauty Systems Group (div. of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc.) is the world's largest distributor of exclusive, professional hair, skin and nail products sold only to salons and spas. We sell through a network of over 800 stores and 1,000 sales consultants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
We are seeking a Trainer/Educator who will represent our Goldwell and KPSS brands in a geographic area centered in Nashville, TN. An Educator is responsible for:
* Conducting the training of licensed stylists.
* Providing informal training, coaching and consultation to retail store and sales staff
* Traveling with sales reps to coach and train them.
* Facilitates new customer acquisition by assisting stores and sales reps with product presentations.
* Trains store and sales staff in areas such as product knowledge, product launches and promotions.
* Improves a salon’s retail presentation by arranging product, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of displays and offering suggestions that will improve the salon’s business.
* Assists in product conversions, sells tickets to events.
* Complies with vendor and corporate administrative requirements.
MUST be a licensed Cosmetologist.

Requirements
EDUCATION
* High school diploma
* Current Cosmetology license
EXPERIENCE
* Three years of experience as a licensed stylist or beauty product salesperson.
* Significant familiarity with professional color products and processes.
SKILLS
* Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills.
* Ability to make high energy, impactive presentations to individuals and groups of varying sizes.
* Ability to perform responsibilities as expected without close supervision.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, assignments and expectations.
OTHER
* Reliable transportation.
* No relocation.
