Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering and directing calls using a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors and providing a full range of business office administrative and clerical duties in support of department operations as needed.
Qualifications:
· Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
· Candidate must have all around excellent customer service skills
· Must be bilingual Spanish
· Candidates should have basic office and computer skills and previous receptionist experience.
