Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Great Clips, Inc., the corporate headquarters for the rapidly growing national haircare franchise, is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. This full-time position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Executive Vice President of New Business Development, Director of Real Estate, Real Estate Managers, and Director of Facilities and Purchasing to ensure quality and timely delivery of services to internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years secretarial/administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Previous experience working in real estate or a franchise environment is desirable.
Must have ability to transcribe dictation quickly and accurately and have knowledge of and skill in using application software in a PC environment including intermediate to advanced skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute.
