Qualifications Licensed with TREC (Certified Applicator Required) At least 10+ years experience in the pest control industry Field supervisory experience with off-site employees Above average communication and customer service skills Stable work history with several strong references Creativity in developing sales strategies and techniques Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record Basic computer knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook helpful Ability to present a proposal in person and over the phone Must pass a background check Problem solving skills Sales experience Background in setting schedules and routes Ability to lead by example

 

Responsibilities Responsibilities for the day-to-day operation of our pest control division Increase market share in residential, commercial, and industrial accounts Recruit, hire, and develop service technicians Identify additional areas for business growth Promote company pest control programs Market to real estate agents and real estate inspectors Manage service technicians i.e. scheduling, sales, training, personal growth Maintain high service standards Conduct performance reviews with staff Place orders for supplies and materials needed for jobs
