This is a Temp to Hire position working in a Call Center Environment. Description: Ensure sales orders are processed and outside sales efforts are supported. Process commercial and residential orders for Dealers and customers Proactive communication with customers and clients via telephone, e-mail or fax. Process orders, order confirmations, shipment confirmations, research and/or troubleshoot customer problems, questions and concerns. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling these areas with speed and professionalism Act as a liaison for our customers and Regional Sales Directors with our Manufacturing and procurements departments. Create and maintain effective relationships with sales representatives and shipping staff to resolve customer issues. Handle customer sales inquiries and route issues when necessary to appropriate staff. Work in coordination with our other team members to ensure incoming lines are answered, and customer requests are responded to. Requirements: Two years experience in administration or restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. Two years experience in a Call Center Environment.
