Membership Sales Director

Summary

 

We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals (Membership Directors) at The Sports Club/LA in Miami to promote and sell Club Membership packages. 

 

Primary Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

 

Conducting presentations and tours of the Club; utilizing Company selling methods to discover prospective buyer’s fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections; responding to all information calls; continuously developing leads and soliciting referrals; distributing post sale materials and information;  generating required number of contacts and executing sales to achieve Club goals.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Must have three years of high end sales experience with proven results.Must have a proven track record of generating annual revenues of $600,000+ in either inside or outside sales.  Candidate must be passionate for the health and fitness industry.  A people person with the ability to develop strong relationships.    A sincere desire to help and motivate individuals to become and/or stay healthy and fit.  Candidate must be a sales professional with strong need analysis, presentation, and closing skills. Must also be confident in overcoming objections.  Candidate must be pro-active in perusing outside prospects. Candidate must be a team player and also be willing to be flexible with time to get the job done.  Candidate must be proficient in computer and data entry skills
