Advantage Home Care is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Home Health Aide-Certified) to work out of our Wyomissing office to provide personal care, support and simple housekeeping to our clients in their homes.

As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of the Manager and may be asked to provide any one or several of the following duties:

Assist clients with bathing and grooming
Provide simple housekeeping and laundry
Clean and care drainage equipment
Assist clients in the bathroom or commode
Apply heat as demonstrated
Reinforce or apply simple dressings as demonstrated
Assist with exercises as demonstrated
Do shopping and/or errands nearby (but not transporting clients)
Provide infant care
Report to the office any changes in the client`s condition or family situation
Maintain records of patient`s care, condition and progress
Follow appropriate policies including rules of conduct.

REQUIREMENTS
Successfully complete a Certified Nursing Associate Training Course, Successfully Pass the CNA Licensure Test, and be able to show proof of CNA License.

Must have the desire to help others and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver`s license, automobile insurance with your name listed on the insurance, available automobile during working hours and be able to drive in all types of weather.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift without weight restrictions, relate to others, write, speak, make independent judgments, listen and use visual acuity and finger dexterity.
