Accounts Payable Inventory Specialist

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVENTORY SPECIALIST

 

Responsibilities:

· Daily matching of PO invoices

· Monthly vendor statement analysis & reconciliation

· Communication with merchandising and D.C’s on purchases and any variances

· Monthly reconciliation of Open Purchase Orders

 

Requirements:

· 2-year accounting degree or strong Purchase Order Payment processing experience

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills

· Positive can do attitude that is willing to learn and assist in developing efficiencies

· Ability to prioritize and meet processing deadlines

· Proven analytical and problem solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience with AS400 a plus but not required
