ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST / COORDINATOR
Administrative Analyst/ Coordinator Cable Express is seeking an Administrative Analyst/Coordinator for our Westerville corporate office. Responsibilities include: monitoring & maintaining timelines for all recurring tasks; securing detailed information, creating and compiling reports in all areas relating to training, fleet, inventory & special projects to assist management in completing trend analysis & optimization of costs; coordination of short and long-term projects; and accurate data entry. Will oversee current databases for accuracy, using the information contained within to determine current and future action plans; review weekly and monthly reports and suggest courses of action; analyze data and create detailed reports showing utilization and expenditures; identify trends and recommend cost savings measures. Qualifications include: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative or accounting role with an emphasis on analysis. Bachelors degree in business preferred. Must be highly organized with strong time management & follow-up skills. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task & meet established deadlines.
