PART TIME SHOWROOM ASSISTANT - GREENWICH

We are looking for someone who has proven customer service skills and are capable of delivering consistently high retailing standards.
Summary of main duties:
Maintaining the Farrow & Ball image to the highest standards. Ensuring the Showroom, stockroom, and all displays are neat and tidy at all times. To ensure that Farrow and Ball customers are extended th highest levels of customer service at all times. Serving customers in a courteous and professional manner. Handling customer complaints efficiently. To provide accurate advise on colour and suitability. Processing cash and credit trasactions accurately. Processing orders placed by email. Dealing with customer refunds. In house merchandising
