Web Marketing Analyst

AMERICAN GIRL PLACE, located in Chicago near the Magnificent Mile, in New York near Rockefeller Center and in Los Angeles in The Grove shopping center, is the award-winning retail and entertainment site created by American Girl,a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc, selling books, dolls, clothing and other products for girls age 3-12. We have an excellent opportunity for the following professionals to join our team. The Web Marketing Analyst will help develop and manage the Email Marketing plan, partner with the Business Intelligence team to design and implement test plans, execute email campaigns, and analyze and report on all email results. In addition, this position will assist the Web Marketing Manager with planning, implementing and reporting on other Web Marketing programs such as Search, Display Advertising and new opportunities.Key responsibilities include: managing email marketing campaigns, including maintaining the schedule, developing and implementing test plans, coordinating multi-channel promotions; reporting on the performance of Web Marketing campaigns and making recommendations to improve the business impact moving forward; working closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to enhance targeting capabilities including alternate segmentation strategies, dynamic content and triggered messaging.
