Opportunity Copesan is seeking an administrative professional with advanced computer skills to join our Sales and Operations team in a senior support role. This position offers a wide variety of administrative duties in a fast paced environment to include the following ongoing duties as well as assisting the sales and operations teams with special projects as needed. • Coordinating and planning large group meetings and training sessions to include making travel and catering arrangements. • Running monthly sales reports, analyzing data in Excel, and ensuring accuracy • Preparing correspondence and Power Point presentations • Being the first point of contact for potential new partner companies • Provide back-up reception phone coverage as needed The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task efficiently, perform a wide variety of administrative duties, professionally communicate with clients and partner sales reps, and handle confidential information. The qualified candidate will possess: • Associate’s degree with 3-5 years administrative experience including meeting planning and sales reporting and analysis • Exceptional Excel skills with experience using formulas and pivot tables • Strong Power Point, Word, and email skills • Top notch communication and phone skills Who is Copesan?
