SR. BUSINESS FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
The Senior Business Financial Performance Specialist will provide an overall, ongoing assessment of divisional results compared to the profit/growth plan, industry benchmarks and internal targets. Provides recommendations to divisional management on issues impacting our ability to meet divisional goals and means of addressing those issues. Provides expertise and analysis on the risk management system and state level profit and growth plan to management and, in particular, the Profit and Growth consultants. Provides management with the information and recommendations they need to consider the financial impacts of proposed initiatives. Analyzes internal and external trends in the insurance industry, and reports on those having significance to the division. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related degree, or a CPCU designation, or minimum 3 years experience in business performance analysis. The ideal candidate has experience and demonstrated knowledge in business planning and analysis, and or can demonstrate the ability to manage large, complex projects. Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time.
