As a Manager in Training the duties will be:• Conduct meetings with associates to review goals and company needs• With the Managers guidance, work on skill development training with associates• Assist Manager with conducting monthly Safety Training classes• Help out with deliveries• Close the store at the end of each day.• Daily meetings with the Store Manager• On a weekly basis go over the Collections report.During training the hours will be 9:30 AM- 6 PM. After training the hours will be 10:45 AM- 7:15 PM.
