Maintenance Technician
Self-motivated, skilled building maintenance person to service commercial buildings throughout greater Milwaukee area and Southern WI. Responsibilities include light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and portering. Successful candidate must be professional, organized, customer-oriented and familiar with commercial buildings. Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. Vehicle, uniform and tools provided. Initially this will be a part-time position with the possibility of moving to full time.
