This primary function of this department is creating one, three or seven layer film structures from resin. The candidate will need to have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Requires working at extensive heights.We are looking for someone who has 4 years of employment at the same company, preferably in manufacturing. The shifts are 12 hours rotating day/nights every two weeks. Every other weekend is mandatory and at premium pay. There is a progressive pay scale based on performance with room for advancement. Need to be able to work in a fast pace as well as a slow pace. Ability to diagnose a problem and fix it. Can not be afraid of heights.
