Administrative Database Coordinator

Administrative Database Coordinator (Direct Hire)

Due to my client's continued growth and success, outstanding direct hire opportunity to take ownership of a newly created Administrative Database Coordinator position!

Responsibilities will include coordinating, classifying and uploading event data including proofreading data records, uploading information into the database, ensuring that event calendar is updated weekly, organizing and maintaining electronic brochures, as well as serving as the main contact for third party vendors.

Qualified candidates must have experience working with a high volume of data, along with outstanding proofreading skills, be highly organized and work well independently with the ability to self manage.  Must have strong skills with Microsoft Excel.
