Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Medical/Health Eckerd Youth Alternatives, a leader for nearly 40 years in providing alternative therapeutic programs for at risk youth, has two programs in Dallas County, TX! We are seeking a director to oversee both the Eckerd Community Supervision Program (ECSP) and the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program. These community based programs will provide an alternative to residential services for youth. As director you will ensure program compliance, monitor program budget, implement quality improvement plans, and manage program population. In addition, you will also maintain a relationship with local schools, courts, public agencies and be the main liaison with the Dallas County Juvenile Department. Most importantly you will help lead a program that is working to improve the future...one child at a time! Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree, or degree in social services specialization preferred. Five years of progressively responsible work experience in human service, with at least four years of management experience required. Knowledge of non-residential programming, juvenile delinquency and case management required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
