Senior Executive Assistant

The successful candidate will be able to:
Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, processing and drafting routine correspondence, maintaining schedules, etc.Answer departmental telephones, screen callers and direct them to appropriate staff; open, screen and distribute incoming mail.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, schedule appointments and meetings for the President.Where appropriate, coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive staff.Coordinate distribution of material to Board members and maintain channels of communication with Board members for meetings, trade shows and Board missions in which they participate.Maintain information and communication about other associations, both domestic and foreign, relative to the duties of the position.Attend organization-sponsored meetings as needed, to assist with registration and member requests.Provide support to the President relative to activities at the international technology show.Coordinate and perform administrative duties for the International Dinner Develop new and maintain existing documentation of departmental work processes.
Minimum Education/Experience:10+ years executive support experience, with at least five at the senior executive level Associates degree required – Bachelor’s degree preferredProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)Dedicated, hard-working professional with an excellent ability to communicate
