Multi-Systemic Therapist (MST)

We are currently seeking a Multi-Systemic Therapist (MST) to provide intensive home-based clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice care system with the goal of preventing an out of home placement. The therapist must be able to work closely with Probation and community providers. Staff will need to be able to work a flexible schedule, carry a crisis beeper for their assigned cases and attend the initial one week MST training.

Masters in Social Work or related clinical degree and one (1) year post-graduate experience is required. Prior related experience may be substituted for one (1) year post-graduate requirement. Must be flexible, oriented to family work and possess the ability to adapt to the MST model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
