Mental Health Technician
Purpose: To provide supportive mental health services to children temporarily place in a secure detention center.
Responsibilities: Provides a broad range of treatment services including but not limited to evaluations, case management, supportive services, and therapeutic/recreational services. Responsible for group/individual/family therapy and related documentation, crisis intervention and client advocacy.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the Human Services/Social Services field. Minimum of one year experience working with the mentally ill population or working with the drug & alcohol population or a C.A.C.
